User Agreement

This User Agreement (this " Agreement ") is a contract between you (" you " or " User ") and WeValue BPO Inc. (" WeValue BPO ", " w, ") This Agreement includes and hereby incorporates by reference the following: WeValue BPO Fee Agreement; Terms of Use;; Privacy Policy; Proprietary Rights Infringement Reporting Procedures; agreements may be in effect and modified by WeValue BPO from time to time (collectively, with this Agreement, the " Terms of Service "). The Terms of Service are available at https://www.wevalue-bpo.com/tos.html/ .

Subject to the conditions set forth herein, WeValue BPO may, in its sole discretion, amend this Agreement and the other Terms of Service at any time by posting a revised version on the Site and will provide reasonable advance notice of any amendment that includes a Substantial Change. If the Substantial Change includes an increase to Fees charged by WeValue BPO, WeValue BPO will provide at least 30 days’ advance notice of the change, but may not provide any advance notice for changes resulting in a reduction in Fees or any temporary or promotional Fee change. Any revisions to the Terms of Service will take effect on the noted effective date or when posted if there is no noted effective date (each, as applicable, the " Effective Date ")

Your continued use of the Site or the Site Services after the Effective Date of a revised version of this Agreement or of any other Terms of Service constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by the Terms of Service as revised. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the other Terms of Service, this Agreement will control unless the other Agreement explicitly states that it controls

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
In order to use this website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration, a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to create your individual WeValue BPO account, e-mail you for any updates and concerns regarding your WeValue BPO account and orders & contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION; PROFILE
By registering for an account, you must complete a User profile (“Profile”). You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information on your Profile and all registration and other forms you access on the Site or provide to us and to update your information to maintain its truthfulness, accuracy, and completeness.  You agree not to provide and to correct any information about your location, your business, broker information, or the services your business provides that is or becomes false or misleading. When requested, you must provide us with information about you and your business so as to complete your BPO orders and contact you regarding updates.

KEEPING YOUR ADDRESS AND EMAIL ADDRESS CURRENT WITH US
In order to ensure that we are able to provide records and notices to you electronically, you agree to notify us immediately of any change in your email address by updating your Account information on the Site or by contacting Customer Support.  In addition, so that we may communicate with you via third-party mail services, you agree to notify us immediately of any change in your address.

Using the Website
When accessing the website, you warrant to WeValue BPO Inc. that you are legally able to do and entitled to make use of the information and tools that is available at your convenience and for sole use of providing necessary information asked, adding orders, make payments and tracking your BPO orders.

Adding Orders
We request information from you on our order form. To add BPO orders on the site, you must provide contact number, broker information, digital signature and other data that may be requested by WeValue BPO personnel to make completion of an order possible. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill in your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you as well.

Limitation on Liability
WeValue BPO Services will not be liable for any kind of information losses, damages, or expenses resulting from the use of this website. This includes, but is not limited to the direct, indirect, special, consequential, and incidental damages or losses, even if WeValue BPO is advised of the possibility of such damages. The liability of WeValue to you for damages, costs and losses of any kind should in no circumstance exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the purpose of accessing the website.

USING THE SITE OTHER THAN FOR THE INTENDED PURPOSES

WeValue BPO makes the Site and Services convenient to use for Clients to add BPO orders, customize profile, making payments, and tracking record of orders. Users are expected to use the Site and Services for their intended purposes and Users may not use the Site and Services in contravention of their intended purposes.

USING THE SITE TO POST FALSE OR MISLEADING CONTENT

All contents posted to the Site must be truthful and not misleading. Here are examples of prohibited uses:

  • False years of experience, name, e-mail, contact number, digital signature or other information.
  • Impersonating any person or entity, including, but not limited to, another broker/agent identity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity;
  • Falsely attributing statements to any WeValue BPO representative.
  • Allowing another person to use your account.
  • Falsely stating or implying a relationship with WeValue BPO or with another company with whom you do not have a relationship.
  • Refusing or neglecting any payment/ balance from using WeValue BPO’s services.

We reserve the right, but do not assume the obligation, to investigate any violation of these Terms. We may investigate violations and may remove, disable access to, blacklist, report or modify any content and or user that violates these Terms.

We may report any activity that we suspect violates any law or regulation to appropriate law enforcement officials, regulators, or other appropriate third parties. Our reporting may include disclosing appropriate User information. We also may cooperate with appropriate law enforcement agencies, regulators, or other appropriate third parties to help with the investigation and prosecution of illegal conduct by providing network and systems information related to alleged violations of these Terms.

REPORTING AND CORRECTING VIOLATIONS

If you become aware of any violation of these Terms, you must immediately report it to Customer Service. You agree to assist us with any investigation we undertake and to take any remedial steps we require in order to correct a violation of these Terms.
